Over the 10+ years that we've been running Asperger Experts, we've noticed that almost all of our young adult 1-on-1 coaching clients have no idea how to relax, decompress and take care of their stress levels. They tend to resort to playing video games, watching YouTube, or other forms of distraction. Ultimately, this just leads to a build up of stress & pressure, which is usually when we get called in.
For the first time ever, we're peeling back the curtain on our techniques, strategies and tools that, until now, we've only shared with our coaching clients to help them finally learn to decompress, reduce their anxiety and feel better.
This 4-week-long course continuously enrolls to fit your schedule. Each week, starting as soon as you enroll, you'll go through an on-demand set of lessons, and then, every Monday at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (5:00 PM Eastern Time) and every Wednesday at 5:00 PM Pacific Time (8:00 PM Eastern Time), we'll be available on a conference call to take your questions, and help guide you in the right direction.
